What does Tide Theory mean?
The concept of “Tide Theory” was built on the idea that, for those of us with chronic conditions, pain, or fatigue, it can feel like we’re "tidally locked"—stuck in the same cycles, pulled between highs and lows, never quite in control of how we feel.
Just like the moon's gravitational pull affects the ocean’s tides, our bodies are influenced by forces we can't always predict—fluctuating energy levels, pain spikes, and recovery phases.
Instead of fighting against those natural shifts, Tide Theory is about learning to move with them. By training in a way that works with your body—not against it—you can build resilience, confidence, and strength in every phase of life.
Just like the tides never stop moving, neither do we.
